At Kabsanka, customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

However, if you are willing to share, we would appreciate any feedback to help improve our products.

Here's how it works

➥ To process a return, please send back the unused portion of your product along with the original invoice or the date of purchase, and your RMA#. The return must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date in order for the refund to be valid.

➥ The cost of return postage is your responsibility. For a smooth and efficient process, we suggest sending the product back with tracking or delivery confirmation. Please note that the product must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date in order for the refund to be valid.

➥ The charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable. We really want you to be satisfied, but we must adhere to these guidelines in order to be fair and consistent.

➥ We offer our money back guarantee on your most recent Auto-Order.

➥ Last but not least, empty product containers can only be returned if adequate time has passed that would allow you to consume the product as directed. We want to be fair, but we can't refund a 6 months worth of empty product containers after 1 month. We want to be fair with you and hope you will be fair with us too. It usually takes a week to process your package, and another 7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for a bank (debit card) or credit card company to refund to your card or bank account(debit card).

Route Insurance Policies Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

➥ File claims no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered. Orders over $100 USD require a police report

➥ File claims no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (US), 60 days from order date File claims no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (International), 60 days from order date

Damaged

File claims for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.
